Wisconsin’s finances committee voted unanimously Thursday to extend the bonding authority of the Secure Consuming Water Mortgage Program and the Clear Water Fund Program by $732 million, which may present elevated help to Wisconsin communities for wastewater therapy infrastructure initiatives.
