Of the remaining almost 3 million shares, 943,384 went to the Susan Thompson Buffett Basis. And 660,366 shares got to 3 charities led by his kids: the Howard G. Buffett Basis, Sherwood Basis (run by daughter Susie) and NoVo Basis (run by his son Peter).
