The district covers elements of Eau Claire, Trempealeau and Dunn counties. It contains the western half of town of Eau Claire, together with town of Osseo and the villages of Eleva and Strum. It additionally accommodates the College of Wisconsin–Eau Claire campus. It’s a probably Democratic district.
