Meeting District 95 consists of the northern half of La Crosse and stretches eastward to cowl Sparta and Norwalk. It’s a probably Democratic seat.
THE NUTSHELL
Incumbent Rep. Jill Billings, D-La Crosse, faces a problem from Republican Cedric Schnitzler within the Nov. 5 election. Billings is favored to win because of the partisan composition of the district.
Billings served on the La Crosse County Board for eight years earlier than assuming legislative workplace in 2011. She has targeted on supporting paid household medical go away, Medicaid enlargement and environmental safety in La Crosse. She supported Gov.
