Melissa Dai is Examine Midwest’s 2025 summer season reporting intern. She’s a rising senior at Northwestern College, the place she’s pursuing a profession in investigative journalism.
Beforehand, Dai labored as an investigative intern at NBC Chicago, the place she uncovered scams and fought for shopper resolutions.
