I am a fan of outdated motion pictures, largely musicals. Due to this, I by no means realized outdated dramas have probably the most wickedly chilly insults ever, and I type of love them. Please take pleasure in!1. Joan Crawford’s wonderful one-word burn in Feminine on the Seashore (1955).2. Annabelle’s excellent response in Home on Haunted Hill (1959).3. This snappy little one-liner from All About Eve (1950).4. Jayne Mansfield’s line from Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter? (1957), which I believe I’ll use loads to any extent further.5. This quote from How To Marry A Millionaire (1953) completely will get the “ask dumb questions, get dumb solutions” vibe.6. Woman Lou’s wonderful quip from She Completed Him Unsuitable (1933).7. This positively brutal insult from Lisa Fellini in Come September (1961).8. This superior quip that put Émile in his place actually shortly in Une Femme Est Une Femme (1961).9. Cary Grant’s “I am not having it” response from North By Northwest (1959).10. This very uncommon self-burn in Monsieur Verdoux (1947).11. James Stewart’s suuuuuper backhanded praise in Rear Window (1954).12. This Uno reverse card from I Love You Once more (1940).13. This blunt wake-up name from Night time Practice to Munich (1940).14. Bing Crosby’s “calm down, Danny Kaye” response to this line in White Christmas (1954).15. This crushing reply in The Fountainhead (1949).16. This response from Cary Grant in Suspicion (1941) I’ll bear in mind the subsequent time a random stranger asks me to smile.17. Lastly, this completely PG but extremely efficient name-calling from The Asphalt Jungle (1950).Do you’ve got a favourite film comeback? One you quote on a regular basis?
